Alphabet reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $127.6 billion, an increase of 25% year over year, in results released on October 28. Google Cloud revenue rose 103% to $30.7 billion, reflecting demand for enterprise AI infrastructure, AI solutions and core cloud services, according to the company's filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Google Services revenue increased 11% to $96.3 billion, while consolidated operating income rose 30%. Alphabet said AI investments were contributing to growth in Search queries and cloud demand. The results show how the company is monetizing several parts of its technology portfolio while expanding its infrastructure commitments.

The figures also illustrate the scale of competition in cloud computing. Businesses evaluating providers will continue to compare performance, reliability, security, pricing and the availability of specialized AI hardware, not just headline growth rates.

Strong quarterly revenue does not remove the need to assess capital expenditure and cash generation. Investors will be looking for evidence that rapid cloud expansion can translate into durable margins and returns on the resources being deployed.
