Networking solutions company Belden reported record third-quarter 2026 revenue of $966 million, up 38% from a year earlier, and adjusted earnings per share of $2.26, up 15%. The company also announced an agreement to supply $100 million in fiber solutions to a major U.S. data-center customer in 2027.
Belden said quarterly orders reached $1.017 billion, rising 46% year over year, while demand for networking infrastructure was supported by data-center investment and automation. The company noted that its data-center business is expected to grow by more than 50% next year, based on current plans and market conditions.
The announcement offers a view into the suppliers that support the expansion of AI and cloud infrastructure. Data centers require extensive fiber connectivity and networking equipment, creating opportunities for companies beyond chip designers and cloud operators.
